Dates are secured with a deposit. The full balance is due 48 hours before the event, with exception for commercial contracts. A non refundable £50 per performer is required to secure a date. In event of extreme weather performers will endeavour to proceed, unless deemed too dangerous. An appropriate offer for an alternative, such as inside fire or LED. Fire breathing is subject weather conditions and will not be performed if the winds reach over 15MPH. In this event the organiser forfeits rights to refund if the fire performers are present and willing to perform. All performers are self employed and have public liability up to £5 million.
